One of my favorite restaurants in Denver - delicious, fresh food with fabulous wine list. Perfect Bistro like setting. Great location.
Dining at the Charcoal Bistro for Valentine's Day made for a wonderful evening for us! The food and the service was outstanding!

A really great spot we came across today for brunch. Excellent food, well prepared and quite the flavors. We’ll be back again soon for a dinner.

This was hands down the worst customer service I have had in Denver to date. Walk in the door for brunch. Stand at the register and the mgr/servers see and look at us and no one comes to greet or chat or anything. 5 min goes by we finally get asked “would you like to sit down” as we’re standing next to the “Wait to be seated sign”??? Our waitress 100% obviously A) Didn’t care b) didn’t care about customer service what so ever. I really appreciate the fact that there were a handful of items on the menu and not the overwhelming borage of nonsense that nobody would ever order. As a Denver native, I have seen my fair share of places come and go on South Gaylord. The food was good. What made it great and what most places don't get is that when you drop $100 for a 50 year old man and his 15 year old daughter to eat dinner and both those demographics want to go back is the service.
