Worst place to live in Columbia.The property manger called Mandy, knows nothing about apartments and lacks skills to manage this apartments. Mandy is very rude,unfriendly human being and treats the residence with out respect.I wonder why the Property owners keep this inefficent ,rude, skilless women as Property Manager here. Charbonneau is not an ideal place to live in columbia in many reason.......be carefull ....

Been here almost two years. Its a nice, quiet complex on a narrow residential street. The apartments arent the newest, but they are clean and well-maintained. They are also quite large-the 2 bedroom unit is 955 square feet. Its hard to find a better deal in Spokane on an apartment that size. Theres a washer/dryer, fireplace and dishwasher in each unit. You can have cats. Theres lots of trees and grass and its just a nice place to live.
