Very unprofessional, uncaring , money hungry Salesman !! – Charales gave us the apparent notion that he cared about our wellbeing but once we paid our premium the service was horrible...there were tons of undisclosed charges and fees , and when questioned about it he had the audacity to say that it was ABOVE my understanding...Once he gets your money you will never hear from him...i took a $200 cancellation fee hit but took my business elsewhere...NEVER AGAIN....BEWARE !! ZERO STARS !!
