Aside from the head doctor & owner, everyone is very nice & does their very best to do their jobs despite the constant chaos that goes on there. Kaylee, MJ, Erica, Aubrey, Brenden, everyone in the pharmacy and Laura are THE best and I commend them for sticking it out in that place. They do help ALOT of people, maybe too many is the problem. Constant miscommunication, over booking, and changing of appointments is VERY frustrating. Be prepared.
this place sucks, ifyou need transportation they don't call you, u see a different provider every time. they just don't care...

I have been a patient with Charak since June 2016 so over a year now. Charak pretty much saved my life yes sometimes ther long waits for appointment but not always the front office staff is great, the counselors are great as well especially mine Mara Sankin-reese. I attended ther iop program for 4 months and then aftercare. I've learned so much about myself and my addiction from Charak programs that like I said before they saved my life. This place is horrible. dr Rakesh Ranjan made me feel like an idiot and i was embarrassed to have mental health issues after I left. I saw him repeatedly talk down to women, he acts likes he's better than them. What a joke. If you have any dignity, you should stay away from this place if you want to keep it. You've been warned
Starting to get better with office reorganization, more people to help. Loved the home visits with Miss Ashley, she got me motivated, and she is sweet and great at her job cause she loves her job but that changed once office changed routine. Dr. Nam is molonger here and she was a help to my mom which is sad.
