I booked an appointment for a root touch-up and included a note requesting additional services, including hair toning, bangs cutting, and styling. I had done the same when I booked my appointment in July 20, and everything went smoothly. I had an amazing experience with Mike! He took his time with my haircut and style, paid attention to every detail, and made sure I left feeling confident. Sam Dhawan is incredibly skilled and attentive! I asked her to maintain my length while adding layers in the front, soft bangs, and layers in the back. She executed it perfectly, checking in with me throughout the process to make sure I was happy with each step. The final result is exactly what I envisioned, and I couldn’t be more pleased. Highly recommend Sam for her precision, professionalism, and amazing talent!
