Dr. George Char is simply fantastic. He’s not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also kind, patient, and attentive. I never feel rushed during my visits — he always takes the time to explain things clearly and make sure all my questions are answered. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and their well-being. I always leave feeling confident that I’m in great hands. Highly recommend Dr. Char to anyone looking for a caring and skilled ophthalmologist.

So far, so good. New patient with concerns of eye twitching, floaters, and blurred vision. Dr. Char was thorough and patient answering questions, and explaining finds. His desk staff was also approachable, smiled and had a sense of humor.

I've been seeing Dr. Char for many years for my annual eye exams. Dr. Char has consistently provided excellent care, thoroughly explaining any issues that have arisen over the years. When necessary he has recommended superb specialists. He is friendly and relatable. He sees his patients promptly. His office staff are helpful, friendly and engaging. The exam rooms are well maintained and clean and there is a comfortable waiting room.

Claims to be accepting new patients, but the wait for an appointment is more than a month out. Wasn't an emergency, so I booked it. The week before, they call me to say their office is actually closed that week and they couldn't see me for another two weeks after that. I was put off by the lack of consideration and didn't have much faith they'd honor that appointment, either, so moving on.

Dr. Char is very professional, experienced and friendly, he really cares about his patients and follows up accordingly. Both my wife (also his patient) and I like him very much and trust his service. Our wait time in his office is very minimum (or not noticeable). I would absolutely recommend Dr. Char to my family and friends.
