The staff at Chapters Health were wonderful to my dad and our family on the last day of my dad’s life. We were transitioning from another hospice provider that was not providing my dad the care they’d promised, when it appeared my dad had a stroke at home. Director Hallie and Regional Director Katie were on the phone with me all morning and into the afternoon jumping hurdles to get my dad help.
