Chapter 1 Barbershop is absolutely 1st class. The owner, Tony is kind, professional, and extremely talented. He cuts hair with surgical precision. I am always impressed with the quality, and I always get compliments on my haircuts when I go there. It's a true hidden gem in Ventura.
