Very disappointed. Walked in made an appointment for a 1:00pm haircut. Seemed odd they were concerned I wouldn't come back. When I did come back at 1:00pm, they all thanked me for coming back. Then I waited, for 25 minutes. No apologies, no recognition of his making me wait, for what turned out to be the worst haircut I've ever had. Even worse than Great Clips. Went in needing a haircut, left needing a haircut. A lack of respect for others time, is a lack of respect for their business.
My first time and Crystal was really great, very professional and knows what she is doing. I let her decide what she should do with my hair. I highly recommend going here. Plus she has the cutest 2 dogs.
Crystal is awesome! She did a fantastic job on my son’s haircut. Super professional and clearly takes pride in her work. I’ll be coming back regularly for sure. Highly recommend!
Chris is an elite barber and I love Chaps barbershop!
