Chappell's Florist on North Avenue just did all the flowers for my wedding. Kelly who was running the place that day was incredibly helpful and a delight to work with. I didn't know what I wanted, couldn't afford to be extravagant, and had yet to decide on the colors of my wedding. By the time I left (maybe 35 minutes later!) everything was set and I couldn't have been happier. I highly recommended Chappell's...and someone should give Kelly a raise! :)
