Upon deposit .they wanted me to paint an clean mold mildew place was disgusting
Ive made maintenance requests on my rental and they did not fix the issues. Now they are taking me to court for $5,500 for water leak damage from upstairs; I lived downstairs. Nice of them to remodel After they've evicted me. Remodeling includes a fully redone rooftop; maybe the holy tin roof that was on there to begin with is the cause of the water leaking. They've ruined the last year of my life.
Bought my first house through them had no problems at all....such a easy and smooth process
I think they are very unfair and will not recommend them at all!!!
