Eric and her employees are the best. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Very one on one. Gets you moving again. They listen to the problem and work on that area that needs it. Work with you on all levels.
My husband had shoulder therapy and I had fractures in my foot that was not healing properly. Yes at the same time. We contacted Erica and went to her for therapy. She and her staff (Debbie and Megan) were very caring, knowledgeable and the facility is very clean. We highly recommend Chappell Physical Therapy.
I highly recommend Chappell Physical Therapy! When I was told last May that I could begin physical therapy after my March ankle fusion surgery, I called Erica immediately. Not only did she fit me in the next day but she also came in early to accommodate me as my husband had to drive me to therapy in the beginning. She is so kind, considerate and accommodating! I had excellent care there and would definitely chose Chappell again without hesitation!
Unfortunately I’ve been a client at Chappell Therapy several times. Of course not because of Erica! I’ve had several knee surgeries & each time went to Erica for therapy. She always did a great job getting me moving. It was issues with surgery that kept me going back. I’m having another knee surgery & will certainly be back at Chappell Therapy. I had meniscus repair surgery and was non-weight bearing for six weeks. I was really anxious to get back to normal! Erica followed my doctor's orders to a "T" and challenged me just enough to make sure there was constant forward progress without further injury. The environment in the clinic is so pleasant, and Erica and Megan are always cheerful and friendly! I met so many nice people and always looked forward to my next appointment. I was having very bad issues with “vertigo”. I called to see if they could help me. They were very happy to help me and very versed on my therapy. I would recommend Chappell very highly. I now have exercises to do at home to help with my “vertigo”.
If I could have rated more than 5 stars I certainly would have. I was learning to walk again, I went in with a walker and due to Erica and Megan's persistence and God by my side, I left using a cane. I have been able to do some of the exercises at home Erica showed me which is helping me on my journey. Thank you. If you are looking for therapy I recommend you wait no longer call Chappells', it's a friendly atmosphere.
