Kyle and his crew did an amazing job replacing our old unit. Everything was done very neat and precise. They were a pleasure to have in our home and did their job quickly. Will use them again and highly recommend them.

Chappell Heating and Air responded to my initial call promptly after our AC quit working. The tech was here within an hour, and diagnosed our problem (this was on a Saturday). He called me Monday with information on the part and said he'd be here Wednesday to replace. He returned on time Wednesday and replaced the fan. So impressed with this company after having several issues with the company who sold us the unit 7 years ago. We will definitely use them in the future!
