Had a factory defect on my outside unit. Called them, they immediately came over and fixed the problem within minutes. Great guy, great attitude.You can tell he loves his company. Our A/C suddenly turned off and the fan wasn't running (this is Saturday 2pm mid-July). I called Kyle and he was at my house 15 minutes later. Kyle diagnosed the issue with 10 minutes, offered a solution and provided the fix, all for a great price! I can't thank him enough for being extremely responsive and professional. By far the most honest and trustworthy company around. I called David Gray and long story short they said the reversing valve was bad and I needed a whole new unit. I reach out to Kyle he agrees it’s best to replace due to the cost effectiveness. Fast forward to change out day. Kyle comes to do the change out, he wanted and does a few minutes of troubleshooting.
