I lived here from 2023 through 2025 and really enjoyed it. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Rent was very reasonable, the apartment was spacious, and they did a great job of keeping up the grounds. I took off one star because the cable/internet option is limited to one provider, Astound, which was absolutely horrible. I canceled service in the first month and went to 5G home internet. Also, the gated entry system is ancient and never worked properly. Regardless, I'd live here again and recommend it highly.

This community is absolutely beautiful, peaceful and serene..with well kept and manicured lawns, bushes and mature trees along the creek running through the middle, the grounds include jogging and walking trails thru-out this fenced and gated property, along with a beautiful pool with waterfalls and a deck with the tree line along creek to throw a wee shade when needed. i have lived in multiple states and homes but when it came time to retire in the perfect spot, I went looking and found Chappell Creek Village. First, the staff are amazing and extremely helpful. It’s a fun environment that includes the community in activities. Next, the apartments are affordable and beautiful. Lastly , the location is very convenient.. I highly recommend them for anyone looking to relocate.
