I bought new house in Nov and they built it in urgent within 3 months. The floor is pop up at two areas. HOA has issues and charges me for lawyer fees without warning me. Sprinkle service never calls me back as I cannot do sprinkle for 6 months . The pets from floor come out everyday.flies are getting into house everyday.
Beautiful spacious houses in a great location . I didn’t purchase anything because it’s not in my budget . The staff have great customer service . Check them out .
I love my new house. We are first time home buyers and when I say we were treated well it’s an understatement. From the first day until now we have had nothing but good things to say about the whole company. We did run into a small problem but the company was sent out the same day and fixed the issue and did not just leave it for another person. If I had to buy another house I would buy again from DR Horton.
