In short: permits not pulled, work not up to code, not responsive, many no shows We hired this company to perform bathroom remodeling with replacing bathtub with walk-in shower. Demolition went quicky, but everything else went super slow and many no shows after plumbing work was done. We realized later that they did not pull the permit for plumbing so we decided to terminate the contract. Richard Byrd was the GC during our renovation project in Atlantic Beach. He did an amazing job. Atlantic Beach code, inspectors and city are notoriously difficult to work with. However, Richard seemlessly kept our project on track and on budget ($160k+). He always kept us up to date and was very thorough in explaining the process to us, our first renovation.
