Had a new carrier infinity heat pump system installed as part of a home remodel. Chappell Central really does nice work and working with Tim the sales person with setting up system design and installation date. Had them clean up some issues with how prior system was installed. Will never work with them again!!! Fixed my furnace and shortly after found that the gas line was leaking and they charge me to fix the their screw up.
Chappel is great. They came to my house today, identified the issue, fixed it, and it wasn't even as expensive as I was anticipating. Altogether very happy and my house is cooking off nicely. I will definitely use them again if I need to. I highly recommend them.
We have had issues with our Navian Tankless Water heater. The plumber, Bryant, called when he was available and showed up at our door. He is a fine gentleman. The problem was not with the actual heater, but with an external accessory of the water heater. Bryant spent the time necessary to find the true problem, in spite of Navian Technical Service directing him towards a FAR more expensive component, which was, indeed, working properly.
