We recently had work done on our mini split. At first, I contacted a different, local company out of Atwater that were at our place four different times over three months time and never got it working. After that frustration we called Chappell and they had a technician at our house the next day, correctly diagnosed it, then fixed it about a week later when the parts came in. Shout out to Brady and CC, thanks for saving us from the incompetence of Atwater Heating & A/C.

This is a well-deserved shout out to Chapell Central. From the office staff to the techs in the field (guys and gals) they are AMAZING! Their customer service is above and beyond! Not just sometimes but EVERY SINGLE TIME! From showing up this winter in a blizzard to get a furnace working, to this summer working in crazy heat to repair and replace a central air unit… We cannot say enough about how much we appreciate this company! THANK YOU CHAPPELL CENTRAL

Had a new carrier infinity heat pump system installed as part of a home remodel. Chappell Central really does nice work and working with Tim the sales person with setting up system design and installation date. Had them clean up some issues with how prior system was installed. Can’t be more pleased with this high efficiency heat pump and the installation team. Three people came mostly dedicated to just installations. Will never work with them again!!! Fixed my furnace and shortly after found that the gas line was leaking and they charge me to fix the their screw up.
