Chappel is great. They came to my house today, identified the issue, fixed it, and it wasn't even as expensive as I was anticipating. Altogether very happy and my house is cooking off nicely. I will definitely use them again if I need to. I highly recommend them.
We have had issues with our Navian Tankless Water heater. The plumber, Bryant, called when he was available and showed up at our door. He is a fine gentleman. The problem was not with the actual heater, but with an external accessory of the water heater.
