We have been very pleased with the work that Amy and Chappelear & Associates did for us in purchasing our new home. Amy took the time to get to know us and our plans and needs. She promptly let us know when a property that might suit us became available, giving us many options to choose from. She did a great job of navigating the sale negotiation on our behalf, and we are most pleased with the result. We would highly recommend her.

We were referred to Chappelear & Associates by an acquaintance in Anderson, SC. What a blessing! This agency was top-notch in every aspect of helping us find a new home in the area. Our agent, Amy Gaston, was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, always prompt in returning texts and phone calls, and helped us with many things other than finding a new home. The entire team here is absolutely amazing! There were lots of moving pieces with my home selling and they handled it beautifully and helped me through it all. They are the best around!
