Craig, Ala and Maddy were great to work with and available when we needed them. As out of state buyers and not knowing the area, Craig had great recommendations for local contractors and made multiple trips to the house for contractors to price modifications we were looking to make. I had a difficult house to sell after my father passed; it was in rough shape, and I live out-of-state. Craig went the extra mile to do what was needed to ensure the house got sold, which was fraught by many set-backs. He even emergency-patched the roof himself after someone punched a hole into it just before a major storm approached(!). Craig, Ala, and Maddy were patient, helpful, and super nice the whole way. I cannot thank them enough!
