Very clean storeage. The management staff are very helpful and kind.
We used Chapman storage for 2 years while building our house. Had a great experience! Our stuff was kept safe and they were always easy to get a hold of and communicate with when needed! They were always very friendly and helpful!
I have been doing business with Chapman Storage for a few years now and I can honestly say these are some of the best people to work with. Always super nice and if needed just one phone call and Allen will be right over to help. I know if I ever need storage in the area again I'll be coming straight here. I highly recommend this business!!!
Do not use Chapman’s non-climate controlled units for long term storage. We had two units for a year and we just moved everything out. The mold was so bad! However, the worst part was the rats/mice and the rodent mites that accompanied them! I had talked to them about the rodent issues months ago and they informed me that they knew, but they didn’t do anything because “there isn’t anything they can do.” We put all of our things into totes, which helped but didn’t save our furniture and larger items.
