Came out and charged me $79 to do a cleaning and check, told me that I needed to get coils replaced and to call them back when I wanted to do it. Call them back two months later, waited for 3 weeks for them to come out and give me an estimate. called them three times, they told me I was on the list. when I called the fourth time they told me that they don't work on my equipment and they don't know why somebody told me they did but they're also so backed up right now that they won't be able to do it. Very pleased with chapman's heating and cooling! Prompt service,came out the very next day! The Service tech Marvin was very nice,very patient, Did an excellent job! Explained everything to me! Got me back and running cool! I definitely would recommend this company to family and friends!
Most wonderful people to work with great customer service and top notch work
We spend our summers in a converted construction trailer in a campground. It has a very specialized hvac system that most companies can not seem to figure out. Chapman has fixed this unit for us multiple times and always at a fair price. Ron in particular is a wizard at troubleshooting. Recently this unit went down and after initially being told that it was likely not fixable this time, Ron went above and beyond, found the problem and got us up and running again. This company is very slow to respond, had to call several times to get an appointment set up. They came out 4 times to fix the same heating system and sold me on a "winter cleaning" then an expensive switch I was told would solve the problem and the equipment to still doesn't work properly after spending over $2000. The job definitely wasn't handled and diagnosed properly. I would not recommend using this company in the future.
