The staff was friendly and professional, and it was truly a pleasure doing business with them. I highly recommend this store for both jewelry purchases and repairs

Quaint neighborhood shop with fantastic customer service. Stopped in here for a repair to a chain. Chapman's had the part in stock and repaired it in less than an hour. I dropped off the chain and came back when I was told it would be ready and it was.
