Great service
I've been a loyal customer for over 30 years. I do not appreciate how I was treated as a loyal customer. I purchased a Timex watch that was damaged. I only had the watch for two days and the person who I purchased the watch from refuse to give me a refund or even fixed the watch. So he told me to send it back to the Timex main headquarters. Timex said they don't do refunds. I have to return it to the place I purchased it from. As long I been a customer I expect more kindness and professionalism from this place.
