I'm wowed! My car died on me this morning and left me stranded on Lancaster Ave. I knew it was the alternator, it's been acting up and has had problems in the past. I had it towed to Chapmans, who I've never used before, and they had me all set with a new alternator within a few hours. They didn't try to nickle and dime me because I'm a girl and/or this was an emergency. Just buckled down in this 100 degree heat and got my car all fixed up. I'm beyond grateful and will definitely be going back!
I was referred here by Tony from next Door at the Car Dealership. Chris is a real stand up Guy. He doesn't yank your chain about what needs to get done. He will give it to you straight. He has a cool easygoing personality too which is nice because some mechanics can be jerks. He doesn't try to rob you either like other garages! He will work with your schedule too. I will NEVER take my car anywhere but to Chris. You can tell he knows what he is doing. And his Family own the Diner underneath Chapmans. The food is slamming!
I got the answers I was looking for. The owner was pleasant and forthcoming with information and referrals.
