Bought a used truck from here. They told me it had been through a thorough Safety inspection. First trip driving it noticed the hood was floating up and down. Pulled over to check it out and the hood latch was barely hanging on by the screws. Next up went to register it at the dmv, waited in line and was told it hadn’t been though smog yet. There’s some other things but I’m done wasting my time with this shitty dealership
It had to have been one of the worst service experiences of my life. Dropped the jeep off at 8:30, I had an apt, and was supposed to have it back by 1:00 to pick my son up from school. I got the complete run around, was unable to talk to the manager after leaving messages and had to pay Lyft to take me to pick my car up. It is the last time I ever have anything done at that location. The only reason I gave it 1 star was because without a star rating it wouldn't post!
