We have been having our cars serviced here for years. Lenny and Donna and all team are just wonderful. They take such good care of us. Blessed to have them so close to home.
Found something simple, fixed it, didn't charge a penny. Been doing business with them for years and don't plan to change that. My Dad always said, "Son, do business with the people that treat you right, even if you have to go out of your way."
Any business that would leave a senior adult woman alone in their parking lot with a flat tire even though she arrived just before closing, gets a huge thumbs down from me. Chapman's excuse was that they had already turned off their machines and compressors is pretty sad. I called them the next day to report this and I was hoping to hear, "Give me her name and number I will personally call and apologize and make sure nothing like this happens again." Always excellent service from friendly folks who take care of ones' needs. Thanks to Jason for his expert mechanic work at a reasonable price. He does a thorough job of checking things out before doing repairs.
Awesome people very polite and knowledgeable staff price on service is less than any other same like business go by and see them I'm sure you want be disappointed
