Great dentist but goodluck with the front desk receptionist. So unprofessional and disrespectful made me never want to come back.
Dr. Chapman is a wonderful dentist. I recently went for a long due visit after the pandemic and the office was fully transformed. He went all out with the protocols and safety measures. I felt completely safe. I also enjoy that he explains the procedure the way you understand it and cracks jokes from time to time. I have been going to him for a few years now and never had a complain.
I live in NYC and I drive all the way from NYC to come here for my teeth cleaning. I've been a patient since 2018 and I love everything about Dr Chapman's office as soon as you step in. Cerelia, dental assistant, has cleaned my teeth twice and she is amazing. She cares, Dr Chapman cares about everything from your gums to your teeth. Cerelia does a full assessment with your teeth and also ask questions about how & why your teeth is in a certain condition. They truly care and that makes a difference in every patient lives.
I had a wonderful visit with Dr. Chapman today. In addition to being a wonderful dentist with a superb and wonderfully professional staff as always, I was extremely impressed with the safety set up he had created for COVID-19. I am a physician myself and part of my job is evaluating and setting up safe COVID-19 systems, and he had one of the best ones I have seen. It met all of the standards and exceeded them. He deserves more than five stars.
I saw Dr Chapman today for some fillings. I was really impressed with all the changes they made in the office to make it safe for their patients and for themselves during Covid. I felt very safe. This on top of a top notch dentist, 5 stars for sure. Dr Chapman is a truly excellent dentist, Thanks so much to you and your awesome staff.
