Great Place people are great!!
Tried to schedule as a new patient, but receptionist is absolutely rude. I guess it was a sign, better off somewhere else.
Great dentist but goodluck with the front desk receptionist. So unprofessional and disrespectful made me never want to come back.
Dr. Chapman is a wonderful dentist. I recently went for a long due visit after the pandemic and the office was fully transformed. He went all out with the protocols and safety measures. I felt completely safe. I also enjoy that he explains the procedure the way you understand it and cracks jokes from time to time. I have been going to him for a few years now and never had a complain.
I live in NYC and I drive all the way from NYC to come here for my teeth cleaning. I've been a patient since 2018 and I love everything about Dr Chapman's office as soon as you step in. Cerelia, dental assistant, has cleaned my teeth twice and she is amazing. She cares, Dr Chapman cares about everything from your gums to your teeth. Cerelia does a full assessment with your teeth and also ask questions about how & why your teeth is in a certain condition. They truly care and that makes a difference in every patient lives.
