I highly recommend Trent Woolston as a realtor that works for Chapman-Richards & Associates. He is Amazing and gets the job done and does it right!! He has been there for us every step of the way. Trent truly has a passion for his job and making his clients and buyers happy. I can’t say enough good things about him and the company he works for!!

I do not recommend their arm of business that handles HOA Property Management. They worked with the community I live in for over 6 months. Upon release of them - our board discovered accounting records were incorrect and some bills had not been paid. That is a company that does not handle things right.

Poor Andrea had to deal with me and my wife. We put her to work and she was great during the whole process. During our buying process, both of my grandparents had passed within weeks of each other and when I came home one day after work, Andrea had dropped off a blanket and a card with condolences. I can't recommend her enough. She took a lot of work off our hands and made this process the simplest it's ever been. This is our 3rd home and our previous realtor was no where near as thoughtful and hardworking as Andrea.

Chapman Richards has been the best to work with! They manage our office space over in West Jordan. Sam has always been so helpful and never complains when I need him 3 times in one week. Such a great company to do business with!! I’d recommend them to everyone!

Agent representing Chapman Richards caused a saler to loose a large amount of funds because they would not entertain more then one offer at a time. Also causing a buyer to loose a home. Yes I have paperwork to back up my complaint. There are many realators availble be sure to choose wisely!!!
