The worst dental experience of my life!!!!!!! BEWARE!!! I had been with Dr. Chapman for a number of years- he had taken pretty decent care of my teeth. He even worked with me while I was going through a difficult financial time. During this time I looked over many of the issues I had with his back office staff because I had such a positive experience with him. Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Did this dentist practice good oral hygiene? Definitely! They had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen! Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Did this dentist thoroughly examine your teeth? Definitely! They spent extra time to make sure they didn't miss anything Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!

Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem! Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate! Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? No, they were polite Was this dentist friendly? Extremely Friendly Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? No, I was always attended to
