I lived in one of their houses for 4 years. Scott was awesome and anytime I had an issue he was out within 24 hours to fix it. My issue was when I moved out. When I initially moved in the place was trashed and I paid a deposit and cleaned the place. When I moved out I cleaned from top to bottom. Let Brittany know that I was moved out (I had let her know the month before that I was moving). I wish I could rate this business less than zero stars. We rented from CPM for well over 7 years and the rent was cheap enough that it justified living there. They were slumlords that didn't fix anything so whenever anything went wrong we had to fix it. I don't want to go over the facts of this nightmare here online but believe me, the experience renting from these people will haunt us the rest of our lives. Trust me when I say DO NOT RENT FROM CHAPMAN PROPERTIES!!! RUN AWAY AND DON'T LOOK BACK!
This is a company of liars. Specifically Brittany Tucker. She lied to an employee to get him to move from NC to OK... after he got there she proceeded to tell he was not going to find a better job and that he might as well be her slave. Now picture that a young black man being tricked in to being some older white ladies slave. I have called the property to speak to the owner of this company... I have been hung up on and held at. This place is not professionally all. I advice you taker your business elsewhere.

The manager is very disrespectful she came to our house and threatened us she has called us the lowest of names u can imagine and she not professional she deserves to be fired and I would not suggest living in one of there property they dont fix the home they are trashed out and they are nasty places
