A home inspection should be a full home inspection. Shawn's paperwork shows his company only checks a select number (random sampling, I suppose) of electrical outlets. He missed the only outlet in the master bath and the only outlet in the screened in porch. I am comfortable doing minor electrical work but clearly these two problems are more complicated than meets the eye. So, after paying Shawn to help protect us from surprises, we get surprised anyway. who knows how much the electrician fees will be.
