Bobby my service writer, confirmed all the information I input online. He understood the urgency of the emissions being addressed. Unfortunately we were scheduled to drive over a thousand starting in just 2 days. They ran the diagnostics and found high soot levels. Commanded it to run the regeneration cycle which cleared all the codes. Bobby called me by 3:30. I picked it up the same day.
My wife was heading out of town to Phoenix when the AC went out. It was summer and hot! We took the car in and explained that this was the 2nd time we had issues with the AC. Also, I asked if I can rent a car for the weekend and they let us use the loaner. We put my wife's luggage over and she was on her way! Thank you for taking great care of us!

Brought my truck in for maintenance work, scheduling the appointment was easy and they got me in on time. My service rep, Robert was polite, professional and took the time to answer a number of questions I had about the vehicle that weren’t related to the work being being done.
