The service department is the worst I’ve experienced at any dealership so far, longgg story they don’t have enough mechanics to complete jobs in a timely manner, they Don’t communicate when, why, etc unless your standing in front of of them! Even when you leave them your email, phone #, etc Made an appointment two weeks out and when I got there they told me couldn’t do the job because they had no mechanics to perform the work lol they didn’t bother calling instead I wasted my time!! that’s the short of it.
