My worst experience ever with a vehicle repair. My vehicle has been in their hands for nearly 8 months! When I first broke down and left it there, after 2 weeks they still hadn't even inspected it. Communication is horrid and the warranty company had to cancel their inspection because no one would call them back. I have tried to leave messages for the general manager at least 4 times and have never recieved a call, text or email back. Nothing. I will be towing my vehicle elsewhere ASAP.
