Bad service
This has been the worst experience that I have ever had. I own a Chevrolet Silverado 1500 truck that ran beautifully. No problems with the engine....ever. I took it to Chapman Chevrolet on June 4th, 2025, because there was a rubbing noise and thought that I would get the 60,000 mile maintenance work done on it as well. I have always had the oil changes and routine maintenance done on it. I was informed that I needed a new engine because it froze while they worked on it. I thought at first he was joking with me.
