Very welcoming, friendly and professional team. My sales rep AJ was amazing, made sure we left without questions. Alicia, Kelly and there is another salesman, Alan (I hope we got his name right), who also helped us a couple of times; very friendly and welcoming as well. $50 more for the same oil change & general overlook of the car (which is why I have my oil changed, to maintain my vehicle as it wears) over my old dealership, plus 3% extra to pay them. Appointments only, which doesn’t work well with my random schedule. I enjoy being able to be squeezed in when they have space for oil changes and working with my old service advisor. I’m happy with my experience with the Mazda service department, after they repaired an issue with my CX-5 and contacted Mazda for assistance to make sure I was not over charged for a problem that was present in the vehicle when it was purchased. They did the right thing, and I recommend their service shop. Juan is a very good service employee.
My local Mazda dealership in PA was trying to do a trade for a 2021 Mazda Miata that Chapman had in stock. The dealership refused to trade with my local PA dealership. That evening I called and talk to a female sales person who said we don’t sell any of our cars from under MSRP. I called back and wanted to speak to the manager and she says well the managers gonna say the same thing but she took the message and called me back.
