Excellent customer service.
Was originally going to visit other Mazda dealers but wanted to try local first. Sonny and Carla were extremely helpful and honest. Glad to say we came to a deal, and I walked out with my first car!
My son, his girlfriend and I went into Chapman Mazda to possibly purchase a vehicle. We worked with AJ on choosing the vehicle. We also worked with Sonny negotiating a price. Both AJ and Sonny were very pleasant to work with. My son is happy with his purchase and we will definitely consider Chapman for our future vehicle purchases.
Just leased a car from Patrick at Chapman Mazda. This is my first Mazda. I have had several new cars in my life, and this is absolutely the best experience buying a new car that I have ever had.
