I want to recognize Faith Fultz who worked with me to reduce my home owners insurance premium. Although she ensured that I had solid coverage, Faith took the time to reach out to the policy underwriter. My premium was reduced due to Faith dedicated services. She is kind, understanding and passionate. She corresponded with me daily. Faith put in the time and effort to meet my needs. I am grateful for excellent service.

My agent was only helpful until I paid my premium. No help sorting through the steps of verifying my new insurance with my mortgage company with thousands of dollars in a refund check floating around. My own efforts sorted out all issues. If you're looking for an agent to help you and guide you through I familiar territory, this is not the company for you!
