I loved how CGI took care of me and ensured that my house and cars were covered. Krystal from the claims department was so easy to work with and even checked up on me after a fender bender (that was not my fault) to ensure that I was being taken care of. Very personable, friendly group and I feel confident knowing that they will make sure my family and I are taken care if the unthinkable happens.
Krystal Kontzamanis has been supporting me with a warranty claim that has been initiated in order to correct two leaks in my 2 year old roof. Krystal's professionalism, responsiveness, and ability to simplify the claims process, as well as her effective communication and support throughout this claim process has made the experience much more facile. She has the innate ability to keep everyone involved on-task. She is a fantastic claims representative; one of the best!

Chapman Insurance and their representatives Staci & Jenn were extremely helpful in answering my MANY questions and tailoring insurance coverage that suited my needs. I also saved money by moving to Chapman as my prior carrier raised the rates substantially even though I had never filed a claim.
