I have been a patient at URS of Dr. Chapman's for 15 Years. He was following up with Bladders Scopes and Found a spot it returned. Two days later, put patients Siurgreu all great and stested for Years. Bill Is a Helluva Doc. Never once have I had bad service from the great service, through check IN TO Check OUT. 4r of 5
Dr chapman is awsome but some of his staff like the ladies up front are very rude and the lady who answers the phone really lady Awsome doctor BAD staff
Ladies in the office are very rude! I will not be back!
Terrible service! Wait 15 minutes on hold every time you call and then have to deal with the rude service from the ladies in the office.
