USED CAR BUYERS BEWARE!! Dishonest swindlers with no integrity. There were hidden issues with my car and they gave me the run around until my warranty expired.
Within a week they had fired the salesperson who sold me the car. Could not get ahold of anyone to help me with the issues the car was having after only a few days. I ended up bringing it in to fix the AC, and nothing was different. So many problems that should have been detected when they tested the vehicle, like windshield wiper fluid not pumping, but were not told to me at time of purchase. I had a year bumper to bumper warranty but they would not fix anything unless I contacted the company providing my warranty. Every time I was transferred to the Financial department to get the warranty information, I was sent to voicemail and never had any of my calls returned. The warranty is now void and I'm sure they wont fix any of the issues that should have been covered by them for free. As a first time car buyer, I feel like I got totally scammed by these guys.
Edit: After seeing his reply here, I spoke with the owner and he said he's willing to help. He told me I was incorrect and that my vehicle was still under warranty. Will update review based on my experience going forward.
Edit again: Brought the car in to get the AC serviced. Was charged $180 diagnosistic fee even though I told them what was wrong with it. I was told the AC needed to almost completely rebuilt and that my warranty was expired and I would have to pay for repairs. I asked to speak George Salman, who I'm told is the GM not the owner, and at first he told me he didn't recall our conversation. Then he told me since my warranty was expired, (even though he initially told me it wasnt) I could come in and we would work out getting me another car. I asked if my loan would be transferred to the other car, and he said we would work all that out. When I got there I waited for a while until a saleswoman assisted me (George was too busy even though he told me to ask for him when I came in, though he made a brief appearance to show me some cars that he said were around the same price range). They made me fill out another credit application and then proceeded to try to sell me a more expensive car. By the time I realized theyre actually selling me another car, and using my old car as tradein (at a value far less than what ive paid for it) George had gone home and they said there was nothing they can do. So instead of making things right, George and his cronies tried to swindle me into starting a new loan on a car with triple the monthly payment. When I asked for my keys so I could leave, they told me I still had to pay for the $180 diagnostic fee.
So I stand by my original statement. These guys are dishonest, will give you the run around, and then try to shake you down for more if you fall for their schemes. George Salman did not stick to his word that he would make this right. Don't trust this dealership.
