I definitely recommend this place for families looking for nice big apartments and a very clean building and the manager does a great job as well with responding anything you may need or help with
I've lived here for around a year and I have zero complaints. Tony in maintenance is amazing! Repairs are always done quickly and efficiently! We recently switched apartments, and Caroline could not have been better about it! The neighborhood is great, with close proximity to the T, and plenty of options for food.
I just moved into the Chapman House, and I am very pleased so far. The move-in process was smooth and fast. The response to repair requests equally smooth and fast. Caroline, the property manager, answers emails promptly and solves all my inquiries. The apartments themselves are comfortable, modern and spacious. My mother uses a wheelchair and walker and it's really nice that the rooms, especially the bathroom are wide enough to accommodate her equipment. The location of the building is perfect.
