We are new tenants, and we really enjoy living here. During the application, screening and move-in process, Caroline was (and continues to be) so kind, thorough, and very communicative. The maintenance team is great as well, they are quick and responsive, for anything our home needs. The building itself, is incredibly charming and very well maintained. Chapman House is definitely a gem in the Eagle Hill neighborhood.
I’ve lived in this building before, I left to move out of state. The leasing process was easy, the agent, Caroline, was lovely to deal with and quick to respond to the many emails I sent her. I’m glad to be back at Chapman house, it’s a walkable apartment, dog friendly, the neighbors have been lovely to deal with. Overall I’m loving my new home.
I personally wanted to come online to do a rating for the champman house due to my personal experience. After looking for an apartment for nearly almost 6 months and being at a point where I was just over it. I definitely recommend this place for families looking for nice big apartments and a very clean building and the manager does a great job as well with responding anything you may need or help with
