Chapman Homes replaced the roof on our home in 2017. We called Chapman Homes in August, 2020 because of an issue with the roof but were told the roofers were working in another area of the Minneapolis metro. Over the next 12 months, we called another 10 times requesting they fix the issue. Our calls were either not answered or were told they would try to get someone to our home. Mike is super to work with! Built our home in 2016 and then also did all of the storm damage work the following year after some massive hail. We would thoroughly recommend him for any project big or small. Very responsive to phone calls, texts and emails. We love our home!
Have worked with Chapman homes on a few different occasions. I found Mike to be open to listening to my ideas and providing honest feedback and alternatives to meet my expectations. His communication style is clear and prompt (delivering both good and challenging news) which is important in picking a contractor. Would encourage folks to reach out to Chapman homes and start a discussion regarding whatever service you're looking for.
Working with Mike on our total home remodel was such a pleasure for us and we would recommend anyone who has work to be done in their home. Reasonable prices too!
