Very professional and explained all what was being done.
We have used Chapman HVAC for decades.
Our old furnace finally died on a cold morning and I called Chapman Heating. The technician arrived quickly and we decided to replace the furnace & AC as well as our old water heater of the same age. Chapman techs arrived the next morning to begin the installation which was challenging, due to the small cramped space where these units have to be located. They explained things well and did a really excellent job. I will definitely call Chapman again.
When my furnace died the Chapman technician came right away. It had performed well for a long time. Chapman will replace it as quickly as possible, with their usual excellent work.
We were having an issue with our furnace today, and I couldn’t wait another minute to share my experience with Chapman Heating & Air. We have been using them for at least 20 years +. When we called they were at our home within an hour. Quite amazing considering the weather right now. We have been delinquent on our cleanings also. Not only did they fix our noise issue but they cleaned it as well which cost them a lot of elbow grease and some time, so thank you for giving us peace of mind.
