This company installed a furnace in my home in 2014 through Lowe's. Did an ok job. When my Air Conditioner seemed to not be cooling effectively this week I called Chapman to send a service man out to check it out. When he came out he came inside and did nothing, went to the outside and put some freon in the unit (one pound he said) and cleaned the condenser, complained because he had to go to the back of the building to do, I helped him with his water Hose and he used my water to hose down the condenser. This company installed a furnace me in 2014, did a good job. So when my AC seemed to not be cooling effectively I called to have some come out check it out. Service man came out put one pound of freon in the system, (maybe, can't tell no difference in the cooling) cleaned the condenser unit by waterhose, (he had a new hose) and complained he had to walk around the building to do that. I called them on a Saturday morning and they were able come out that morning. Within minutes, Jeremy, knew what was causing the issue and had it repaired within 15 minutes. He even went the extra mile to clean out the leaves from my outside unit! I do recommend!
