If I could I would give this zero the staff is over worked and under appreciate. The air conditioning doesn't work , you have respiratory therapist Minh ouach who is abuse and yells, she yelled at my sister inlaw and she's on a vent, and Kimberly the director of respiratory yelled at my wife for asking a simple question who was going to be the night respiratory we have a right to know. We also email ceo and called ger and no response yet. There needs to be a lawsuit so they finally do something

Zero if I could, staff is over worked, the air conditioning doesn't work, we had a problem with Minh ouach who is a rt nothing was done about her she is abuse and now the director of respiratory yelled at my wife for asking a simple question how can this be okay??? We called the ceo and even emailed her we haven't received anything. Is this how you treat your patients and thier family members
