Tyler was a great salesperson and entire buying process was seamless.
I just purchased a brand new vehicle from Chapman Ford on Manheim Pike and everything went well and flawless with that. My salesman Harrison was great! But on the other hand their service department has the absolute worst policies I've ever seen of any service department. I take my other vehicles to other manufacturer service departments, and they all do a much better job than Chapman Ford on Manheim Pike.
