I will be honest about my experience. I bought my car here, and before the purchase, everyone was very kind and friendly because they wanted to sell the car. However, after I bought the car, their attitude completely changed. They became very unfriendly, and the people at the service center front desk were especially rude and unpleasant when checking customers in. It was unpleasant enough to make me feel very uncomfortable. I am very disappointed with the customer service here.

Called and asked to get the engine checked out on my f150. Guy on the phone made it such and ordeal to book the service. I said forget it, I’ll go to the ford in jenkintown. Not worth the condescending attitude.

I have service scheduled at 9:30AM, it’s 2PM and they can’t tell me anything yet it’s like my car I hostage there. It needs some simple stuff and they are like we don’t even know what up with it and where is it, and have no idea when we’ll know. I hope it at least gets fixed but I can see why they have bad reviews.
