The best experience I have ever had at a dealership.. From the Manager to the salesman to the finance department everything went smoothly. They also have a great selection of ford trucks and the price was good too. I would definitely recommend Chapman Ford

The culture at Chapman is above and beyond any other dealer I have been to in 40 years. They are upstanding, fair, no pressure will work with you. The concierge service is fantastic. ⭐ 1 Star – Absolutely Terrible Customer Service and a Complete Waste of Time I would give Chapman Ford of Horsham zero stars if I could. My experience with this dealership was absolutely ridiculous, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. First, they charge you $230 just to diagnose your vehicle, and you still have to pay that fee even if you decide to have the repairs done through them.
