Chapman Ford did irreparable damage to my aluminum wheels on my 2024 f450 limited while trying to rotate the tires then when confronted about told me it was there before and I know for a fact it wasn’t because I clean them often to keep the beautiful factory finish and they’re the only place that’s ever had the wheels off the truck all they said they could to to fix them is hit the with steel wool and detail spray which would cause even more damage to the finish and the coating on them this is far below the quality of work I... read more
Excellent and timely service. Friendly atmosphere, comfortable waiting facility.Service advisor(Dan)kept me informed about progress and willing looked at my Ford points when service was completed. Chris mechanic spoke with me after the oil change and informed me that the tires would also need to be changed at a future date. Very pleased with service provided by Chapman Ford Columbia
