Purchased a new Escape from Chapman Ford / Scottsdale in November '15. Pretty good overall experience so when we considered buying another better equipped one I called and was sent to "David" in the internet dept. Explained what I was looking for & he promised to send availability, equipment and pricing info. That was 4 days ago & still no call back. Assuming they're not interested in selling a repeat customer.
