Service Marty is all about service! Had the windows tinted and oil change on my new Chevy. They did a real nice job and I was happy with the price. VW Jetta Jim, the sales manager, Tom in finance and Zenon, my salesman all saved the day. I spent all day will another Chapman dealership and was given the normal run around to try to sell me something I did not want for a lot more money. Stay Away...Snakes Explained my situation over the phone to the sales guy. Explained that I had 4 kids and lived 40 miles away. Explained that we did not want to waste anyone's time. Gave exact figures given to us by other car dealers. Sales person said he had just the car for us and that he could make the numbers work. We re-arranged our busy Saturday evening plans, ate a quick dinner, and rushed to get out to the dealer. Bait and Switch I was going to buy a Corvette for over $ 50,000 and had a "Price Protection Certificate" from True Car.com. This certificate listed this dealership and gave an exact quote. Brian confirmed several times that they would honor the True Car price quote and pushed me to come in. all what it was about was to renegotiate the price which turned out to be a lot higher than most Chevrolet dealerships.
