Incompetent office manager unfortunately because the other staff are good except for one of the nurse practitioners who let's their inexperienced intern see patients without her being present. This particular intern should not be practicing medicine. He is totally unsure of himself and lacks judgement skills.
So sad she retired I always had a great visit
