Wanted to replace carpet in bedrooms to match existing LVP flooring in rest of condo. Received 4 estimates and Chapman was the lesser of the others. Most would not come to the location, they wanted me to send diagram, and they would email the estimate. Doug with Chapman met me and took actual estimates. Doug and Simone were great! We needed to replace the carpet in the bedroom and living room slide out in our 10-year-old motor home. We got a great price for the carpet and the binding on the living room section. We chose a dark brown berber and couldn't be more pleased!! Thank you!!
I know this place has been around a long time ,family-owned business. I was so pleased with their service as well as their carpet. They showed up on time and were in and out in a couple hours. I just had one room done and I was glad she worked with me and was able to do that. I would highly recommend them anytime

We had a carpet tear out and reinstall by Chapman. Doug at Chapman carpet lead us through all of the carpet choices and educated us on what would be the best option for our family of five. The price point was better than the other two stores that we received estimates and the carpet was much higher quality and brand name!
