Wanted to replace carpet in bedrooms to match existing LVP flooring in rest of condo. Received 4 estimates and Chapman was the lesser of the others. Most would not come to the location, they wanted me to send diagram, and they would email the estimate. Doug with Chapman met me and took actual estimates. We had a carpet tear out and reinstall by Chapman. Doug at Chapman carpet lead us through all of the carpet choices and educated us on what would be the best option for our family of five. The price point was better than the other two stores that we received estimates and the carpet was much higher quality and brand name! Doug and his staff did a flawless job from the show room to the final product. We had a floor that was a totally uneven surface and thought we could only use carpet. The lady working (I am sorry I do not recall her name but think maybe Lisa) was so helpful in steering me to use glue down planking. They provided samples which helped to determine what was the right fit for us. This company has excellent workmanship and service. The pricing was very fair and we highly recommend this company.
Staff here were super friendly… they were NOT pushy like some other stores I went to, and even let me take the floor model sample board home so I could see what it would look like next to stone hallway. Thanks so much!
