Working with Simone at Chapman Carpet was truly one of the best customer experiences I’ve had. She was honest, sincere, knowledgeable, and refreshingly down‑to‑earth. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was being guided — not sold to. The price I received was exceptional, and the installers who came out were fast, skilled, and clearly masters of their craft. What impressed me most was the speed and care: from purchase to installation in just three days, everything was handled smoothly and professionally. If you’re c... read more

From purchase to final install this place was great. Good product, friendly professional staff - Doug and Simone- and reasonable cost. Our installers did a great job - Rick and James. We had our entire house recarpeted but should we have any additional flooring needs, we would absolutely go back to Chapman.
I know this place has been around a long time ,family-owned business. I was so pleased with their service as well as their carpet. They showed up on time and were in and out in a couple hours. I just had one room done and I was glad she worked with me and was able to do that. I would highly recommend them anytime
Doug and Simone were great! We needed to replace the carpet in the bedroom and living room slide out in our 10-year-old motor home. We got a great price for the carpet and the binding on the living room section. We chose a dark brown berber and couldn't be more pleased!! Thank you!!
