I love how easy it is to bring my car to the service department at Chapman. Everyone is so pleasant and efficient. This week it was Justin who stood out by checking out what needed to be done to my 7 year old Escape and ensuring that I understood what would be done to keep it in good working order.

Just sharing our 2nd purchase at Chapman Ford Philadelphia. Our salesman Brian Brooks is hands down the best car purchase experience we ever had. Zero pressure, completely honest and will take as much time as needed for you to feel confident in all aspects of the purchase. Also the sales manager is very helpful along the way! Will be returning soon for another purchase. BTW we bought Bronco Big Bend 2025, great lease deal!!
