After a mishap from the service department, I spoke to the service manager Roy directly and explained my recent visits regarding my recall. He personally picked up my vehicle, diagnosed and had the recall fixed including another issue, which will be addressed later. It shows that they are committed to customer service which I'm glad that the dealership recognized the issue and fixed it.

3 years ago i walked in through these doors and Charles Corbett helped me make a great deal on a new F-150 this past week i had to come back up for a LBO and Charles once again had the opportunity to help out with that. Charles remained in contact with me months before my lease was up and explained all procedures and needs.
